Winter Engagement Session
This couple met me at Rice Creek Park in Shoreview, MN over the winter, it was a chilly day (more like -5°) with a fresh layer of snow covering the trees and the trail that made the park absolutely stunning. They wanted to do engagement photos with two outfits: one more casual and one more dressy... For the first part the session Tatiana was a trooper she was brave enough to wear open toe heals in the breezing cold and a stunning red dress with a faux black coat. While, we were shooting the first outfit, a police officer drove by the trail and cheer her on for her bravery! We walked through the beautiful pine trees, taking pictures like we would for any typical couple’s photoshoot. We took a couple breaks to warm up in our cars because it was so chilly! As we reached the end of the session, Minnesnowta did her magic and showered us with some snow.
Rice Creek Trail is a great location to take engagement photos year round. It has such a romantic atmosphere and is located just outside the Twin Cities, If you haven’t been there, it’s a photographer’s dream.
